[[Angrath, Minotaur Pirate]] is a black and red minotaur Planeswalker, introduced on Halloween 2024, some time after the release of the [[Rivals of Ixalan]] card set, and a good while after the Ixalan reboot.

His predecessor held the title of highest health in the game for years, but AMP broke it convincingly, with a higher than 10% gain. His mana gains are superlative, with a larger than usual total bonus. He has the common Red problem of low support limits, but also has a mediocre spell limit.

Like the original Vraska, he can complete contemporary "summon X Pirates" event objectives without additional cards.
