Chandra, Chill of Compliance is a blue human Planeswalker, introduced in October 2026 after the release of Reality Fracture set.

She has slightly below average health and deck limits that favor Spells at the expense of Creatures and Supports. She has strong mana gains in blue, and good in white and black.

She has a Passive Ability: Minucious Compliance.

Chandra, Chill of Compliance, sometimes called C12, is the eleventh of several playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody Chandra Nalaar at different points in her life.

Story
Chandra is a cryomancer from Avishkar, she was chosen by Jace to be his main enforcer in his new multiverse. She was chosen to represent Jace’s will in Avishkar’s consulate, Chandra never lost her father and both joined the Consulate as enforcers. This Chandra is in every way the opposite of the original Chandra, she is calm, cold, scheming and calculating. This Chandra shows little to no emotion in stark contrast to the original Chandra.
