[[Lukka, Bound to Ruin]] is a red and green human [[Planeswalker]], announced in March 2023 along with the [[Phyrexia: All Will Be One]] ([[ONE]]) card set.

He has low health and varied deck limits with a high spell limit at the expense of supports. He has quite good mana bonuses in his colors, and a -2 to Blue.

Lukka's abilities give him a second win condition - the [[ONE]] ability of {{Ability|Toxic}} - but they are not entirely focused on it. His first increases the pace of creature summoning by adding Mana to creatures in hand, both directly and with a support. His second ability buffs a creature and gives it {{Ability|Toxic}}. His third can potentially wipe the board of creatures and destroy an enemy Vanguard. Both the second and third can create [[#Phyrexian Beast|Phyrexian Beast]] Tokens; they have Toxic, but also Berserker, which prevents Toxic from activating until the enemy has no creatures. In this sense, the 2nd ability's buff losing Berserker at level 40 is fully positive, but is also a loss of a creature removal option.

Lukka, Bound to Ruin is the third of a handful of playable [[Planeswalkers]] in MtGPQ which embody Lukka at different points in his [[#Story|life story]].
