Leyline Dominion is a Standard Individual PvP event which was introduced in April 2024, soon after the release of the Murders at Karlov Manor set and directly after another MKM event: Following the Clues.
- "'You must have known all those lies would catch up to you eventually'"
- "With the murders occurring on Ravnica, all guilt an agencies decided to send their detectives in search of solutions. The incessant search for clues creates rivalry between the detectives themselves. Whoever gets to the killer first will receive the many rewards for not letting the criminal get away with it."

Leyline Blessing
Colorless, indestructible, both players: At the beginning of combat on your turn, perform the following effects for each color of cards you control:
- White: gain 5 life.
- Blue: gain 5 mana.
- Black: your opponent loses 5 life.
- Red: deal 5 damage to your opponent's first creature.
- Green: your first creature gains +5/+5 until end of turn.
