== Overview ==
[[Awakened Inferno]] is a block-restricted legacy PvP event introduced in October 2019 along with [[Core Set 2020]].
The event focuses on the life of the fiery-tempered pyromancer, [[Chandra, Roaring Flame|Chandra Nalaar]].
In Awakened Inferno was introduced in October 20202019 as a Standard event, the event changed from Standard to became Legacyin October 2020, and became block-restricted in May 2021, the event changed from and returned to Legacy to block-restricted. In in December 2021 it was run as Legacy again.
