The Planeswalker Venser sacrificed himself to free
Karn’s mind and body, but Mirrodin, a plane Karn
himself had created, was lost. Grief-stricken by the
fate of his world and the death of his friend, Karn
travels the Multiverse, retracing his steps to ensure
the Phyrexian contagion has not taken hold
elsewhere. Karn is constantly searching for more
weapons he can deploy against the
Phyrexians—which has brought him back once
again to [[Dominaria]].
