Kicker , Landfall, Prowess, Resourceful, Wizardry, and such are not abilities in the fullest sense of the word; they requirements that, once met, trigger disparate abilities, obstacles to be overcome before the activation of one of the hodgepodge of abilities under that one umbrella is allowed.

Landforming  could perhaps be counted as an ability since a second effect is always triggered, but there are no PWs that have it.
