==Overview==
[[Kaito Shizuki]] is a black and blue human Planeswalker, introduced in March 2022 along with the [[Kamigawa : Neon Dynasty]] card set.
His mana gains are quite unbalanced; there's even a gap of four between his +6 Black and +2 Blue bonuses. His deck limits are balanced, with a focus on Spells.
All of his abilities are very expensive and fairly powerful. His first is a combination of card draw, mana gain and making the opponent discard. The second enables the {{Ability|Ninjutsu}} mechanic by summoning a Rogue or Ninja. The third fetches a full-mana creature of any type.
