[[Lukka, Bound to Ruin]] is a red and green human [[Planeswalker]], announced in March 2023 along with the [[Phyrexia: All Will Be One]] ([[ONE]]) card set, and released for cash on the 7th of May and for [[Crystals]] on the 8th of June.
He has low health and varied deck limits with a high spell limit at the expense of supports. He has quite good mana bonuses in his colors, and a -2 to Blue.
Lukka, Bound to Ruin is the third of a handful of playable [[Planeswalkers]] in MtGPQ which embody Lukka at different points in his [[#Story|life story]].
