His abilities revolve around Creatures and his {{Ability|Exile}} zone. He can fetch creatures with mana and buff them, with the strength of his mana gains and buffs equal to his cards in Exile. Exile synergizes well with the {{Ability|Cycling}} that was [[Standard]] at the time of his release, and given to creature cards by his first ability.
Lukka, Coppercoat Outcast is the first of two a small number of playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody Lukka at different points in his [[#Story|lifestory]].
