Joining the event unlocks cards in the real-world money section of the Vault, but which are for sale for Mana Crystals when they are normally available only for Mana Jewels or other means. Simply joining the event unlocks most of the cards available. Completing all three objectives on either of the nodes can unlock one of the two remaining cards; which one, depends on the node.
Whichever cards are locked, have historically been for sale, unlocked, the next time Fblthp is run.
The locked vault content changes each time the event is run, and the majority of the cards are returning to appear multiple times.
The Fblthp cards are full art versions of existing cards. Either version can be used in a deck, but only one version. The full art version has separate XP and can be Mastered separately.
Since April 2020, two nodes may be run in Planechasing Everywhere, but there have been multiple versions of the event with a single node.
Each node charge awards 20 XP per non-mastered card.

This version of the event features one-shield supports with random effects. Whenever one of these four supports in play is destroyed, a new one is created.

Trick or treating casts a spell which triggers one of the following effects and creates a replacement Trick or Treat token:
