Overview
Rising Tensions comprises two PvE Standard events, one with Guilds of Ravnica themes, and the other with Ravnica Allegiance themes.
Each of these two events has five varieties, which are run as daily events during the week. In total, the Rising Tension events feature 10 event varieties, each corresponding to one of the two-color Guilds of Ravnica.
Each instance of the event awards a guild-specific mythic card as the final progression reward, and has an entry fee of 20 
.
Event varieties
Rising Tensions: GRN was introduced in November 2018, along with the release of the Guilds of Ravnica set. It has five varieties featuring the following five guilds:

Rising Tensions: RNA was introduced in March 2019, along with the release of the Ravnica Allegiance set. It has five varieties featuring the five remaining guilds:

- The Simic Combine ()
- Azorius Senate ()
