[[The Dragon War]] was a [[Legacy]] [[Coalition]] [[PvP]] [[event]], first released in July 2018 along with the [[Core Set 2019]] [[card]] set. It was deactivated in 2020, not long after it was last run in March, 2020.[https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/comment/991974]
== Event Details ==The player faced a different Dragon in each node, adding the Dragon's abilities to their [[Loyalty]] abilities.{| class="wikitable"|Event Type||-|Coalition Event|True|-|Set|M19|-|Deck Restrictions|Standard Format|}Once a Planeswalker was chosen for a node, another might not be chosen for that node, nor might that Planeswalker be chosen for another node, for the whole event.
== Special Rules ==1.In addition The Dragon War changed from Standard to normal Planeswalker abilities, each node Legacy in the challenge gives your Planeswalker the same abilities as the Dragon you are facingNovember 2019 (v3.9).
2. A Permacolour is added to represent your extra abilities. Every time it is matched it changes colourCompleting its objectives was possible without cards from its associated set.
