They have higher than average health, average mana gains with a slightly unbalanced spread, and average deck limits with a focus on spells.

The Scholars each have their own set of abilities which may be flipped between. Will has debuff, draw, and {{Ability|Token}} creation abilities, while Rowan has buff, direct damage, and {{Ability|Copy}} abilities. Both can draw cards and gain mana. Both of their ability sets have strong synergy with {{Ability|Enhanced}} gems, with many powers scaling according to the number of {{Ability|Enhanced}} gems on the board.

Will and Rowan, Scholars of Frost and Sparks are the third of three playable [[Planeswalkers]] in MtGPQ which embody the Kenrith twins at different points in their lives.
