His second ability is priced higher than some third abilities, and although the growth of the token it summons is tied to card drawing, at which Blue excels, it is limited by {{Ability|Resourceful}} 1, to once per turn.
His third ability returns all enemy creaturescards, and can potentially destroy them if the opponent's hand is full. It is one of the most expensive abilities in the game, and [[#Bug|is currently bugged]].
He has a Passive Ability : [[#Wisdom of the Past|Wisdom of the Past]], giving him a total of one Loyalty per turn, or a total of two if he draws extra cards during the turn.

Witness of History (TTF's second ability) does not, as is more than implied by the description, increase the level of [[#Ghost of Wars Past|Ghost of Wars Past]] on repeated usage.
The lower levels of Sever the Timeline (TTF's third ability) correctly return only non-token cards to the opponent's hand. But so do the higher levels, which are supposed to return everything.
