Infobox Ugin
Ugin, the Spirit Dragon is a colorless elder dragon Planeswalker, introduced in May 2019, a couple of months after the release of the Ravnica Allegiance card set.
Ugin's rune cost to increase levels is the same as the cost to level a mono-colored Planeswalker (79,920). This is in contrast to the cost of the other released colorless Planeswalkers, Karn, Scion of Urza and The Eldrazi Desolation, whose leveling costs match that of three-color Planeswalkers (323,750). At the time of release, Ugin's relatively low leveling cost has not yet been confirmed as a bug.
Ugin is the first of a small number of playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody the construct Planeswalker Karn at different points in his life.
