[[Dovin, Grand Arbiter]] is a white and blue vedalken Planeswalker, released in March 2019 along with the [[Ravnica Allegiance]] card set.
He has average health, average mana gains with a balanced spread, and average deck limits with a focus on Spells. He has fair mana gains in White, Blue and Black.
His abilities revolve around creatures, including creating Thopter creature tokens, creating a support token which provides loyalty when his creatures damage a planeswalker in combat, and an ability which {{Ability|Reinforce|Reinforces}} his creatures, along with major card {{Ability|fetch}} and mana gain effects, and minor life gain.
