Dovin, Grand Arbiter is a white and blue vedalken Planeswalker, released in March 2019 along with the Ravnica Allegiance card set.

He has average health and average deck limits with a focus on Spells. He has fair mana gains in White, Blue and Black.

His abilities revolve around creatures, including creating Thopter creature tokens, creating a support token which provides loyalty when his creatures damage a planeswalker in combat, and an ability which Reinforces his creatures, along with major card fetch and mana gain effects, and minor life gain.

Dovin, Grand Arbiter, sometimes called D2 or DB2, is the second of two playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody Dovin Baan at different points in his life.
