[[Ral, Izzet Viceroy]] is a blue and red human Planeswalker, introduced in November 2018 along with the [[Guilds of Ravnica]] card set.
He has lower than average health, average mana gains with an unbalanced spread, and average deck limits with a focus on Spells. He has very good mana gains in his colors, neutral from White and Black, and a -2 to Green.
His abilities have a Spells theme, including dealing damage and gaining mana according to the spells in his graveyard, and creating a support {{Ability|Token}} which deals damage and draws cards whenever he casts a spell. He can also choose a card amongst the top cards of his library, with a mana bonus.
