'''The Wandering Emperor''' is a white human Planeswalker, introduced in March 2022 along with the [[Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty]] card set.
She has high health, . She has high mana gains in White, and decent Blue and Green bonuses, made possible with an unbalanced spread, deep cuts to Black and Red. She has fairly balanced unbalanced deck limits; a bit like a Green Planeswalker with high Creature and low Spell limits.
She favors the various means of casting two cards in one turn, to have [[#Tokens|Renewed Surroundings]] on the field when she uses her [[#Abilities|abilities]]. Mana conversion, cheap cards, card effects or simply disabling cards in hand until needed, help. The beginning of turn activation of some event supports, such as in [[Across Ixalan]], count as casting one of the two cards.
