No new mechanics are added by the expansion and therefore no Training scenario. However, sixteen cards see the return of ConvokeConvoke; more than in its debut in Guilds of Ravnica. Thirteen cards have FlashFlash; not a rare ability, but neither is it common.

Many cards from the MOM paper set, and its "Battles" card ability, were left out of the Puzzle Quest version.

6.2 also saw the beginning of a hopeful end of the infinite combo Danitha, Benalia's Hope and Blade of Shared Souls. Danitha fetched the Blade and gave it full Mana, and the Blade made a CopyCopy of Danitha.

The new loading screens added, as is usual for each new set, included the art of the Open the Way[1] and Bloodfell Caves[2] cards; both are March of the Machine cards left out of the PQ release, although the Caves have been reprinted in many sets including Clans of Tarkir and Core Set 2021.

Event

As of release, no new events had been announced.

Planeswalker

Teferi Akosa of Zhalfir is a Planeswalker that was available for cash within two hours of the set appearing for download.
