Begins at noon UTC and ends 46 hours later at 10AM. Starting with two charges on four nodes, with additional charges every eight hours, and a maximum of five charges allowed. Players must consume charges before sixteen thirty-two hours later (8PM on the second day), to avoid losing charges.
