[[Saheeli Rai]] is a blue and red human Planeswalker, introduced in August 2016. Although her card set of origin is [[Kaladesh]], she was released several months prior to the Kaladesh card set as a teaser.
She has higher than average healthand high deck limits. Of all Planeswalkers, very she is the only one to get more than a +9 to her inherent mana bonus total; her +11 is all the more remarkable as she is a dual color PW - they normally get +8. None of her bonuses are at all exceptionally high mana gains , with her highest only +4 to Red and Blue, but she has bonuses in all colors. Almost ten years later, [[Killian, Decisive Mentor]] was released; he can have a balanced spreadmaximum bonus total of +13, and high with the right proportions of card types in his deck limits.
Her abilities have an Construct or artifact creature theme, as well as a minor {{Ability|Energize}} theme, including creating Thopter creature {{Ability|Token|Tokens}} (which are both Artifacts and Constructs) and {{Ability|Energize|Energizing}} gems, consuming {{Ability|Energize|Energized}} gems to permanently {{Ability|buff}} her Construct creatures, and {{Ability|fetch|fetching}} multiple vehicles (which are Artifacts but not Constructs) from her library directly into play.
