Instead of drawing a card, the ability appears to function as though the text were "Your opponent exiles the last card in their hand. Create a blue, black, and red Gathering Sparks support {{Ability|Token}} with 3 shields and 'Whenever your opponent activates a Loyalty ability or a {{Ability|Vanguard}} ability, gain 2 Loyalty.'"
