Each Boss Ultimate Ability is to summon a Mythic creature. This means that each Boss has access to 11 different cards.
The Izzet, Golgari, Boros and Dimir Bosses summon the reward Mythic creature Mythic earned through Rising Tensions. The exception is the Selesnya Boss which instead summons Tolismir Wolfblood.
Chapters are repeatable. This means that in order to get all Progression Rewards it isn't necessary to play each Chapter, but at a minimum you must defeat the first Boss.
