We're getting rid of the "balanced" fallacy. Good players know to use Lands, that you only get bonuses from the gems that you actually match, which will tend to be the converted ones.
[[Kaito Shizuki]] is a black and blue human Planeswalker, introduced in March 2022 along with the [[Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty]] card set.
His mana gains are quite unbalanced; there's even similar to a gap mono color walker, in that he has a high spike of four between his +6 to Black and only +2 to Blue bonuses. His deck limits are balanced, with a focus on Spells.
All of his abilities are very expensive and fairly powerful. His first is a combination of card draw, mana gain and making the opponent discard. The second enables the {{Ability|Ninjutsu}} mechanic by summoning a Rogue or Ninja. The third creates a [[#Shadow Scroll|Shadow Scroll]] token that can fetch up to two full-mana creatures of any type.
