FB has the same number of nodes, recharge time, points allocation and duration as many events, but it is unusual in having only a single charge at the start, making its maximum points 20 points less, at 120 points.
On Node 2 (confirmed) and possibly on Node 1both nodes, the phrase, "This effect can trigger only once per turn", applies to the whole effect, not just the last part. Neither drawing a card when a creature is buffed, nor creating a Citizen on {{Ability|Alliance}} only , will trigger more than once per turn. Buffing a creature is extremely broadly construed. It is not limited to one's own creatures, nor are debuffs excluded. Even lockdown like Sigarda's Imprisonment triggers oncethe card draw.
