Summoning artifact supports counts towards the second objective; confirmed on [[#Blue Node|Blue Node]] and [[#Green Node|Green Node]].
The summoning of Mishra's Madness and presumably other node supports also count as "casting a card" of their color. Summoning creatures counts toward the Mightstone objective on Green Node.
