[[Koth of the Hammer]] is a red human Planeswalker, introduced in April 2016 along with the [[Battle for Zendikar]] card set.
In the [[Innistrad: Midnight Hunt]] event [[The Harvesttide]], red {{Ability|Activate}} gems are added to the board by the Lycan Rage permanent support.
Koth of the Hammer is the first of two [[Planeswalkers]] in MtGPQ to embody Koth at different points in his [[#Story|life story]]. Although Koth of the Hammer was released with the [[Battle for Zendikar]] set, [[#Story|his story]] is set in Mirrodin, a MtG setting introduced more than a decade before the release of Puzzle Quest, and it is only his most recent avatarreleased seven years later, [[Koth, Fire of Resistance]], whose homeland and [[#Story|story ]] is directly connected to his concurrent set.
