Vraska is arguably the Planeswalker most impacted by Oktagon scrupulously separating damage and life loss. Used to be, the requirement to have a creature on board and for the opponent to have lost life were in most cases the same thing - now the player must build Lose Life cards into their deck to make her ultimate ability function at all. Not that it was all that great to start with: Chandra 3's ability does better damage, has no requirements, costs half as much Loyalty, and is a first ability, making room for better.
Vraska, Golgari Queen, sometimes called V2, is the second of two a handful of playable [[Planeswalkers]] in MtGPQ which embody Vraska at different points in her life.
