[[Chandra, Torch of Defiance]] is a red human Planeswalker, introduced in December 2016 along with the [[Kaladesh]] card set.
She has low health and low deck limits. She has quite good mana gains in RedIn October 2026, along with the release of [[Reality Fracture]] card set, this version of Chandra was replaced by her [[Chandra, Torch of Defiance (2026)|2026 rework]] and good is no longer available in Blackthe game. Players owning the original Chandra, with neutral gains received a new version of her in other colorsexchange.
As introduced along with the [[Kaladesh]] card set, she used to have low health and low deck limits. She used to have quite good mana gains in Red, and good in Black, with neutral gains in other colors. Her abilities used to have an {{Ability|Energize}} theme, with secondary themes of direct damage and gem destruction. Destroying gems can be a source of Mana with cascade [[matching|matches]].
Chandra, Torch of Defiance, sometimes called C2, is the second of several playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody Chandra Nalaar at different points in her life.
