The Planeswalker selected along with the level of that Planeswalker determines:
* How many Hit Points the player has
* How much mana matches of each color creates
* What colors of cards are allowed in a deck
* How many cards of each type are allowed to be placed into a deck
* Adds three abilities that use loyalty to create additional effects outside of the deck
