==Overview==
[[Elspeth Resplendent]] is a white human Planeswalker, introduced in June 2022 alongside the [[Streets of New Capenna]] card set.
She has average health, good mana gains in three colors and poor in two, and average deck limits.
As a mono color Planeswalker introduced since the [[AFR]] set, Elspeth gets a Passive Ability; hers is called [[#Resplendent Blessings|Resplendent Blessings]]
Elspeth Resplendent is the third of three playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody Elspeth Tirel at different points in her life.
