She has average health, good mana gains in three colors and poor in two, and average deck limits.
As a mono color Planeswalker introduced since the [[AFR]] set, Elspeth gets a Passive Ability; hers is called [[#Resplendent Blessings|Resplendent Blessings]], and is activated by her abilities. She can buff creatures, Fetch creatures and give mana to them, and summon [[#Angel|Angel tokens]].
Elspeth Resplendent is the third of three playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody Elspeth Tirel at different points in her life.
