Into the Wilds of Eldraine is one of only a handful of PvP events that do not give Individual rewards. Difficulty creep has been noticable before this event, with the "summon 15 creatures" and "gain 20 life" of Family Business making purchasing Ajani more desirable, but with high requirements for all of ItWoE's second objectives, across the board, there doesn't seem to be any financial motivation; just a preference for increased difficulty.
