Teferi Akosa of Zhalfir is a white and blue human Planeswalker, introduced in June 2023 along with the March of the Machine card set. TAZ was available for cash within two hours of the release of the MOM set on the 12th of June.
He has low health. He has unusual deck limits, with a somewhat low number of supports. He has quite good mana gains in his colors, poor Black gains, and Red and Green cut down to minus two.
His abilities exhibit very little of the control of his predecessors, but instead enable powerful and speedy play. He can rifle through his deck for objectives and then finish with a very strong creature token assault. His first ability is a combination of card draw, Mana gain, and creature summoning (2/2 White Knights). His second creates multiple support Tokens 
which increase Knights' power and give them Hexproof 
unless the opponent pays Mana for each one. The last summons a 16/16 horde of Knights and reduces the cost of cards in hand by at least eight.
Teferi, Hero of Dominaria is the sixth of many playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody Teferi Akosa at different points in his life.

Story
"Many years ago, the planeswalker Teferi Akosa used his chronarch abilities to isolate his homeland of Zhalfir from time and space, trying to protect it from the first Phyrexian invasion of Dominaria, but was unable to bring it back afterwards. To Teferi's surprise, he was transported to Zhalfir itself after a time traveling accident. There, time had worked at a different pace and merely 10 years had passed for the kingdom's denizens, still preparing for the first Phyrexyan invasion. With renewed conviction, Teferi joins his fellow countrymen to battle Phyrexia, hopefully for the last time!"
