Overview
Elspeth Resplendent is a white human Planeswalker, introduced in June 2022 alongside the Streets of New Capenna card set.
She has average health, good mana gains in three colors and poor in two, and average deck limits.
As a mono color Planeswalker introduced since the AFR set, Elspeth gets a Passive Ability; hers is called Resplendent Blessings
Elspeth Resplendent is the third of three playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody Elspeth Tirel at different points in her life.

Story
Elspeth meets her home plane in order to get hints of how the plane managed to defeat a phyrexian invasion in the past. Wielding a halo infused weapon, she is ready to fight at the conflicts that show up in the present while trying to dig up the past.
