Usage
Formats the release data for the given release number into a brief, readable paragraph.
The first parameter is the release number.
The second parameter (optional) is either "short" or "long" (default = "long"). It controls whether additional features and changes other than new card sets, planeswalkers, events, and changes to Standard are shown.
