== Notes ==
Difficulty creep has been noticable before this event, with the "summon 15 creatures" and "gain 20 life" of [[Family Business]] making purchasing Ajani more desirable, but with high requirements for all of ItWoE's second objectives, across the board, there doesn't seem to be any financial motivation; just a preference for increased difficulty.
+
It seems that the reward ladder is half as long as the reward ladder for Into the Wilds of Eldraine.

For example, although a handful of events' Mightstone objectives require power 6 creatures, no other events require six of any power.
+
While the specifications say that the ribbon rewards are always 5/3/2, the top left, bottom left and bottom right nodes actually have 5/5/2.

However, the rewards are also considerable, and vital should there continue to be no daily event for WOE. The Rune rewards in particular are lavish, compared to any other event, although this mostly affects newer players.

'“As the River Heralds began to decipher the ancient map, they were staggered by the vastness of the world-within-the-world that it revealed.”

Lost in Caverns of Ixalan is a Standard PvP event which was introduced in January 2024, after the release of the Lost Caverns of Ixalan set.

All nodes have the same first and third of three objectives: The normal Win objective, and Leyline 15: convert 15 gems.

Charges are added in excess of the maximum; charges can be missed. This is extremely unlikely to inconvenience anyone, since the available ribbons are so far in excess of the maximum reward amount.

Every node has its own special support; a copy is given to each player.

Lost in Caverns of Ixalan is one of only a handful of PvP events that do not give Individual rewards. Other than the daily events, the holiday events, lucrative ones like Across Ixalan, and the odd Role Reversal, every single one is a new event by Webcore : Commoner Cup, Following the Clues, Into the Wilds of Eldraine, Leyline Dominion, Locomotive Looters, and Mana Burn.

Schedule

More charges than anyone will ever need.

In the Bonus rewards version, the final progression reward for 90 ribbons is a LCI Super Pack.
