Overview

Challenge of the Courts - Locthwain is a Challenge of the Courts event with a thematic color of Black. Only Black Planeswalkers may be used, and each node features a different Black permanent support.

The event was introduced in November 2019 along with the Throne of Eldraine card set.

Special rules

Planeswalker color restriction	Black
Only planeswalkers with affinity to Black can be played.

Permanent support		A permanent support affects play on one or more nodes.

	When an opposing creature dies: Your Knight and Warlock creatures get +2/+2.

	Adamant - Black: At the end of your turn, if you control 2 or less creatures, return the first creature with base toughness 2 or more from your graveyard to the battlefield under your control. Then, that creature gets -1/-1.
