Seize the Day is a block-restricted PvP event introduced in March 2020, along with the release of the From the Vault: Odyssey card set. The Atog supports on the Celebratog node are also cards in the Magic the Gathering From the Vault block.

It has a special form of locked nodes; similar to Revolving Planeswalk.

The event has an entry fee of 15 Mana Crystals.

Special rules

Block restricted: OriginsFrom the Vault: OdysseyFrom the Vault: TormentFrom the Vault: Judgment
Cards in player decks are restricted to the following block of card sets:
Locked nodes Locked nodes Once a Planeswalker has been chosen for a node, it's locked in for the whole event.

A single Planeswalker may be chosen for multiple nodes, but once a Planeswalker is selected for a node, other Planeswalkers are removed from the selection for that node. This differs from the normal sort of Locked Nodes, where Planeswalkers can only be used on a single node.

Permanent support Permanent support
A permanent support affects play on one or more nodes.
Ongoing special rules Special rules
One or more nodes in this event have special rules causing ongoing effects.

On some nodes, at the beginning of a battle, the player can choose a support card to start play on their side.
