Standard format is often contrasted to '''[[Legacy]]''' format, a format including all card sets, or '''Block''' format, which includes selected card sets only.
On August 5, 2025, with 7.4.0, [[DMU]], [[BRO]], [[ONE]], and [[MOM]] rotated out of Standard. Four more sets will be added to Standard before the next rotation.
Oktagon confirmed, in 2023, that they would be following Wizards of the Coast in extending the Standard playability of cards to three years instead of two.
