Overview

Rowan Kenrith and Will Kenrith are a pair of blue and red humans who represent opposite sides of a single dual-sided Planeswalker. They were released in January 2020 soon after the release of the Throne of Eldraine card set.

They have high health, and average mana gains with an unbalanced spread.

All of Rowan's abilities cause transformation to Will's side, and vice versa. Each side has different mana gains, with Red and Blue gains mirrored. In addition, two Planeswalker abilities may be used in a single turn, one on Rowan's side and one on Will's. Their abilities include modifying creature power, granting and exploiting Berserker , card draw, and gaining Flash . Will's ult creates Activated gems for mana gain, and Rowan's ult can destroy and trigger them.

Rowan Kenrith (and Will Kenrith) are the second of two playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody the Kenrith twins at different points in their lives.

Story

The young warrior-mage twins share a single Planeswalker's spark. Rowan, bold and impetuous, augments her swordplay with crackling electrical energy that dances along her blade, while Will, reserved and contemplative, uses his power over ice to control the flow of a fight. They often coordinate their magic to make it more effective.
