Kaito Shizuki is a black and blue human Planeswalker, announced in March 2023 along with the Phyrexia: All Will Be One (ONE) card set.
He has quite good mana gains in his colors, and a -2 to Green. His deck limits are balanced.
All of his abilities are moderately priced and very focused on particular objectives. His first stops an enemy creature from attacking or blocking, for a turn. His second draws a card and, if he returns a creature to his hand, gains up to 30 mana. The third creates an 8/8 stack of Drone Tokens 
that doubles in size to 16/16 if he returns a creature to his hand. These costs can hypothetically be a small asset to a Ninja deck.
Kaito Shizuki is the first of two playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody Kaito at different points in their life story.
