Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God is a blue, black, and red elder dragon Planeswalker, introduced in June 2019 along with the War of the Spark card set.

He has very high health and average deck limits. With the +7 total mana bonus of a tri-color walker, he gets good mana gains in Black and Red, less in Blue, and poor in Red and Green.

He can draw cards, while creating a support that gains Loyalty when the opponent uses a Loyalty ability or Vanguard ability. He has powerful destruction abilities, including exile of opponents' cards in hand, and non-targeted destruction of creatures and Vanguards . His third damages the opponent, and sacrifices Legendary  cards for extra damage.

Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God, sometimes called B3 or NB3, is the third of three playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody Nicol Bolas at different points in his life.

Story

Nicol Bolas's schemes have led to Ravnica. His true purpose is not yet revealed, but the crucial pieces of his plan are falling into place.
Through the agency of his minions he has subverted the leadership of Ravnica's ancient guilds and undermined the fabric of the Guildpact. Heightened tension and conflict now loom over the plane.

The combination of blue black and red is called Grixis after the Shard of Alara from the MtG multiverse.
