Chandra, Hope’s Beacon is a red human Planeswalker, released in September 2024 along with release 6.81 and the Bloomburrow card set.
She has low health, and mana gains average for a mono colored PW, spread between Red, Green, and Black. She has average deck limits with a strong focus on spells and weaker support limit.
She has an ability (which gives her mana) that relies on the Expend mechanic from the Bloomburrow card set, but since her Passive (which destroys gems) gives her Expend, no cards with that mechanic are needed. She can deal damage to creatures and the opponent.
Chandra, Hope’s Beacon, is the eighth of quite a few playable Planeswalkers in MtGPQ which embody Chandra Nalaar at different points in her life.

Chandra is a Human Planeswalker born in Kaladesh. She is a talented pyromancer and a member of the Gatewatch. During the Phyrexian Invasion of the Multiverse, Chandra was leading the second attack on New Phyrexia with Wrenn, Elspeth, and Koth. She retained her spark in the aftermath of the invasion.
