Overview

Dovin, Grand Arbiter is a white and blue vedalken Planeswalker, scheduled for release in March 2019 along with the Ravnica Allegiance card set.

He has average health, average mana gains with a balanced spread, and average deck limits with a focus on Spells.

His abilities revolve around creatures, including creating Thopter creature tokens, creating a support token which provides loyalty when his creatures damage a planeswalker in combat, and an ability which reinforces his creatures, along with major card fetch and mana gain effects.

Story

Dovin Baan aspires to perfection. He became enamored of the guilds after his first trip to Ravnica, particularly the Azorius Senate, and through his talents in identifying the faults in a system, it was easy for him to see how Ravnica's institutional organization could be vastly improved.
