Overview

Teferi, Hero of Dominaria is a white and blue human Planeswalker, introduced in May 2018 along with the Dominaria card set.

He has lower than average health, average mana gains with a weakness in Black, and average deck limits.

His abilities have a control theme, including returning a creature from play to its owner's hand, drawing cards and gaining an extra swap, and creating a powerful support Token  which progressively strips away the opponent's creatures, supports, and mana as he draws cards.

Story

After sacrificing his Planeswalker spark to save Dominaria from temporal rifts caused by his previous meddling, Teferi could no longer traverse the planes. Now, with his spark restored by his friend Jhoira, he is ready to confront the mistakes of his past. Mistakes that he is constantly reminded of by the unnatural void that took his homeland's (Zhalfir) place in the plane.
